Muay Thai, also known as kickboxing or “the art of eight limbs” is a martial art/sport that focuses on the most effective ways to use punches, kicks, knees, and elbows to attack and defend. This class will give you an excellent workout, but it is not a “Cardio Kickboxing” class. You will be learning real, effective techniques from coaches who have fought successfully in Muay Thai/Kickboxing and MMA.

Classes consist of a general warm up, skill development, pad work and partner drills. Advanced members also have the option to attend “sparring” classes
