Also known as the sweet science, boxing is an extremely popular program for people who are looking for a fun way to get fit. It is also an essential skill for anyone hoping to compete in kickboxing or MMA.
Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the fundamental punches, footwork, and combinations, or an experienced fighter, our boxing classes have something for everyone. Coached by experienced competitors and coaches, our boxing program consists of a dynamic warm-up, shadow boxing, footwork drills, pad work, bag work and partner drills.
BOXING CLASS SCHEDULE:
- Boxing Fundamentals: Tuesday at 6:00 pm
- Boxing Intermediate/Advanced: Wednesday and Friday at 7:00pm
